Originally from Brittany, Philipe Pascoët moved to Switzerland in 2003. Consequently, he opened his chocolate factory in the Rue Saint Joseph in Carouge (Geneva) and his passion extensively involved in.
Many recipes are revisited by the Maître Chocolatier (Chocolate Master) and some are particularly stand out. Philippe Pascoët also involved quickly in his first show since 2005, he is one of the exhibitors at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. His awards keep coming faster in Switzerland and elsewhere.
In 2006 he received the 1st Crafts Prize in Geneva and the Honorary Award at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2007, the Prize of the International Excellence in Salon du Chocolat in 2008 and the first prize for the best Chocolatier (Chocolate Master) in Geneva the same year. In 2011, he is one of the finalist at the Salon du Chocolat in Geneva.
